Terms of service

By creating a Vespor account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Vespor.

Vespor is intended for students. You must be able to form a binding contract in your country, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to use it. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Tell us promptly at hello@vespor.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Don’t use Vespor to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, scrape or overload the service, or share content you don’t have the right to share. Don’t use it to cheat where your institution prohibits it — Vespor is a study aid, not a substitute for your own academic integrity.

You own the notes, files, and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app for you (for example, to run search, generate AI study tools, or sync across your devices).

If you upload to the community library, or post publicly — a question, a reply, or an entry on the campus board — you grant other Vespor users a licence to view and study from that content, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Public posts show your name to other students at your college. Anything you post publicly is visible to them, so don’t include personal details you wouldn’t want classmates to see. You can delete your own posts at any time.

Vespor’s AI tools generate flashcards, quizzes, and explanations from your content. AI can be wrong or incomplete — always verify important information against your course material. AI output is provided “as is” and is not a substitute for your own study or professional advice.

Vespor offers a free plan and a paid Student Pro plan (₹99/month or ₹799/year). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.

Content you share publicly — in the community library, the forum, or the campus board — must be accurate, respectful, and lawful, and must not violate your institution’s rules or anyone’s intellectual property. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these guidelines.

Every public post, reply, and shared file carries a report control. Reporting is available on every plan. Reports go to a moderation queue we review, and content we remove stops appearing for everyone. If you believe something infringes your copyright, report it and include the detail — or write to hello@vespor.app.

You can stop using Vespor and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms Vespor or its users.

Vespor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction there, unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms as Vespor evolves. We’ll update the date above and, for material changes, give you notice. Continuing to use Vespor after changes means you accept them.
