Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vespor Student Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly (₹99) or annually (₹799). It renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Razorpay and Stripe.

You can cancel Student Pro at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

• Because you keep full access for the period you’ve paid for, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we don’t provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
• If you were charged by mistake — for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal you tried to cancel but a technical issue prevented — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll review and refund a genuine error.
• Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

The Free plan is free forever and involves no payment, so nothing needs to be cancelled or refunded. You can stop using Vespor or delete your account at any time.
